Had a wonderful welcome from Nadia, she was very helpful and informative and always on hand to help with any queries we had. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel was spotless, rooms and beds cleaned daily and the location is excellent. Breakfast was really good with fresh produce and flatbread made fresh while you wait. Ok, so yes, this hotel has suffered during the pandemic, but they are in the process of renovation. I was sorry to leave and won’t hesitate to visit again.

The hotel itself is ok for the price but could do with a fridge in the room and comfortable beds. They charge local tax in full upon checkin so make sure you exchange money at the airport. Shop around for local exchange bureaus after as the hotel seems to give a low rate and didn’t change in the 2 weeks we were there. Do no book any excursions from a very rude arrogant woman who sits in the Lobby, as she will con you.. We asked for a taxi because our previously booked taxi didn’t arrive and they wanted to charge 250 mad, (which I believed to be excessive). When I asked my husband to get his own she got extremely angry and aggressive bother line wanted a confrontation. Anyway we found a taxi for 100 mad ourselves. So remember shop around for better rates and deals

My daughter and myself came Marrakesh for the first time the hotel was lovely, there was clean beds, linen and towels everyday. The breakfast was amazing there was a lot of choice and nothing was too much trouble and of course the manager Amine was always at hand making sure we had what we needed and the lovely Nadia on the desk was very helpful and made us feel very welcome also the doorman Mohammed also made us feel very welcome, true Arabic hospitality we will definitely visit again and too all the staff who’s name we didn’t know thank you very much

A Informal, relaxed hotel in a super location for city centre, restaurants, shops etc. Resided for 3 weeks as staff were super helpful & kind. Service was good. Excellent & respectful housekeeper Mariam which was appreciated as a single female. Lovely attentive service from waitress Karima & kamal. Yes it needs updating but it’s great value for money. Would happily book again.

What a great location this hotel has. So close to everything. The swimming pool was great too. Staff were excellent. I liked the bar. Restaurant had awesome food. Beside there are so many restaurants just around it.

Me and my friends felt very special at this hotel. Every member of the staff is been lovely , very friendly and helpful. We have done so many things in 4 days with their help and recommendations. I recommend this hotel for the nice staff they have , lady on reception can’t remember the name was great and the guy on reception again can’t spell the name is been helping us even with the boarding pass. I visited here with my sister and neice after reading many lovely comments about the hotel itself and the reception staff in particularly nadia. I must say it was by far the most pleasant experience we had. Nadia welcomed us with her amazing friendly attitude and made sure we was well looked after. She made sure our room was okay and our entire stay felt amazing and safe with her reassurance as i was travelling without my husband and as a Pakistani in another country for the first time alone can be daunting. Nadia and aziz made sure we was safe and well looked after. They made sure all needs were met and made our stay soo lovely that I'd 100% be coming back to visit. Understandable the pool was not ready due to being covid but hopefully in summer it will all be ready. This hotel is truly the best and hospitality is 10/10 I'd give it 100000000 /100000000 if possible. True assets to the hotel by representing them in such professional manner. Amazing service. The hotel should appreciate having such amazing staff working there including the breakfast bar staff. The staff even made the effort to learn a few words of our lanaguage which is Pakistani which was soo sweet as it goes to show the love and respect they had for our culture and vice versa.

Hi,I'd like to email you in regards to my recent stay at your hotel. I have to say it's by far the best experience me and my family have had as always. We always visit Morocco every year and when we need to book hotel there is never a question of doubt about which one it will be. Its always this one. The only reason for this is because of the amazing staff that work there especially nadia in particular. She always welcomes you with a pleasant manner and is always professional. She attends to every need and makes sure your stay at the hotel is always the best. She has amazing customer service skills and I've recommended this hotel to literally my entire family and friends when they ever visit Morocco in future. Nadia and aziz make sure the that customers are well looked after and explain everything in detail when requiring help. The hotel should be grateful to have such an amazIng people representing the image of this hotel as it definitely draws in more business and is the best for this hotel. Not many hotels staff would go to any lengths such as nadia and aziz have done to ensure their customers are satisfied with the service. True assets to the team and definitely amazing image representing the hotel. I will definitely be back again this summer with my family and friends. Also the staff at breakfast were also amazing.

Good enough location, the hotel is located in the center of the new city, not very far from the train station. Decent breakfast. Nice and polite staff. Clean enough. Unfortunately the hotel had very bad wi fi so I had to move to another hotel..

Newcastle upon Tyne

My fiancé and I stayed here from the 1st to the 8th September and it was the most relaxing holiday I’ve ever had. The hotel could do with a bit of an update and a get repairs need to be carried out but overall for the price we paid we didn’t feel the need to complain about anything. When we arrived at 2.30am we were shown to our room which was what we expected apart from the tiny balcony which u could just about get 1 chair on. We asked if we could get a bigger balcony which was no problem whatsoever to them and we were happy with our next room. The bar was still open at the hotel so we had a Casablanca lager which cost around £3.80 (not bad. ) next morning we were not expecting a nice breakfast but were impressed with what we got there is a pancake station , egg station which I had 2 fried eggs every morning lol my partner chose his ingredients from the table and had an omelette made. There was cornflakes yogurts loads of different pastries fresh bread jams honey figs prunes. There was also the traditional soup and small sausages in a sauce. U couldn’t go hungry. The pool area is like a little oasis with high rock walls and plants which looked very impressive when lit up at night. We found it very calming and relaxing. There is a little shop next door that sells alcohol if u want to stock your fridge lol. The staff are professional and very helpful. I have to mention our lovely maid who was very chatty and nice I’ve never had so many kisses and cuddles lol. We will definitely be returning next year. Thank you all for a fantastic holiday.

I stayed at this hotel for a week in August and I must say I am not sure about the bad reviews. Customer service was good. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are big and it was cleaned everyday. I like the kitchen staff they made us feel welcome. The hotel is situated in a very ideal place close to most places. Don't let the bad reviews deter you because they nearly did for me but I was pleasantly surprised. As for the excursions I suggest you take and look around before you book with the hotel.

I didn’t stay at this hotel but I got a massage done by Laila, The place where the massage and hammam takes place was clean and the atmosphere was good, so much better than how it was at the hotel I stayed at and got a massage done. She took her time with the massage was amazing...she made sure I was happy before I left. :)

The facilities and the staff were excellent. We couldn’t be happier because of our choice. The hotel was very very clean and quiet... and the food was delicious! Breakfast and dinner are totally worthy there, I would recommend to everyone to try their dinner, 100% Moroccan food. Ahmed, their receptionist, made us feel like at home. His English is very very good (if you’ve been to Marrakesh before you might have noticed that is not common to find fluent English speakers) and looked after as best as he could.

staff very helpful Organized for us a guided tour of marrakech in less than 24h. excellent breakfast and diner. really recommand rooms are very nice. rooftop as well. quiet. very well located, great choice

The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and always willing to assist with a smile, special thanks to the manager M. Ahmed. They were great with the kids and made conversation with the children too. The night life was amazing with music and dancing during dinner. Definitely would recommend.

Das Imperial Holiday Hôtel & spa liegt unweit des Bahnhofs und etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Historischen Zentrums entfernt. Vom Flughafen sind es 15 Minuten mit dem Taxi. Tagsüber kann man auch den Bus nutzen. Das Zimmer war riesig und mit zwei Doppelbetten (ich bin allen gereist) ausgestattet. Es gab ein separates Klo und Bad im Zimmer. Beide waren modern eingerichtet. Das Zimmer verfügte über einen großzügigen Balkon, einer Klimaanlage und einen Kühlschrank. Alles funktioniert tadellos. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und alle sprachen perfekt Englisch, Französisch, Arabisch und sogar etwas Deutsch. Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Man konnte sich ganz frische Pancakes machen lassen und optional auch draußen am Pool frühstücken. Im Hof befand sich ein Pool mit Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Neben der Lobby befand sich ein Restaurant/ Bar und ein Geschäft, falls man doch irgendwas zu Hause vergessen hat. In der Umgebung befanden sich einige Geschäfte und Cafés. Mir persönlich hat der Aufenthalt ganz gut gefallen.
